Sally's Approach to the Counselling Relationship
I have had 10 years of experience as a psychologist working with people with Multiple Sclerosis, people facing significant change in their lives, and those who are finding difficulty making adjustments to whatever situation they find themselves in. I use evidence based strategies and counselling techniques, and I expect you to be a team player, working with me to get some great results.
We will just get some stuff done to meet your desired outcomes. (There might be homework - just saying.)

How to make an appointment with SallyPlease checkout Sally's Medicare Info page, to find out how to see her privately, or under a Mental Health Care Plan (through Medicare). You may be eligible for a rebate of some of the cost. Sally is a registered NDIS provider, and you can read more about how to access her through the NDIS here. If you want to make an appointment, or ask a question, you can email Sally here, or call her on 0438 535 990 to discuss whether she is the right psychologist for you. Remember, research shows that having a good rapport with your psychologist is a big predictor of whether you will have satisfactory outcomes (get the best results), so it might be worth a quick phone call and chat to see if the psychologist you make an appointment with is going to be a good fit for you (before you invest time and money into the first session)! |
