Counselling. Presentations. Workshops.

Psychological Counselling

We work primarily with people who are going through an issue with their health; physical or psychological. Sometimes we see people who just need a little time and space to get some clarity to move ahead strategically. Find information about our fees here.

Presentations

From stress management 101, understanding depression, increasing resilience and exploring positive psychology techniques, to living well with a chronic illness, we can provide fast paced, humourous presentations for any audience.

Workshops

We can guide your group through a workshop to empower them to learn something new, change a behaviour, or flourish in life. Resilience Building is so important right now, across multiple demographics, and we can provide you strategic direction!

Sally's Approach to the Counselling Relationship

I have had 10 years of experience as a psychologist working with people with Multiple Sclerosis, people facing significant change in their lives, and those who are finding difficulty making adjustments to whatever situation they find themselves in. I use evidence based strategies and counselling techniques, and I expect you to be a team player, working with me to get some great results.
We will just get some stuff done to meet your desired outcomes. (There might be homework - just saying.)

How to make an appointment with Sally

Please checkout Sally's Medicare Info page, to find out how to see her privately, or under a Mental Health Care Plan (through Medicare).
You may be eligible for a rebate of some of the cost.
Sally is a registered NDIS provider, and you can read more about how to access her through the NDIS here.
If you want to make an appointment, or ask a question, you can email Sally here, or call her on 0438 535 990 to discuss whether she is the right psychologist for you.  Remember, research shows that having a good rapport with your psychologist is a big predictor of whether you will have satisfactory outcomes (get the best results), so it might be worth a quick phone call and chat to see if the psychologist you make an appointment with is going to be a good fit for you (before you invest time and money into the first session)!
